Core Responsibilities

• Scrutinize, evaluate, and manage German-language online material, making sure it aligns perfectly with internal rules and external legal obligations.
• Verify that everything you review meets stringent criteria for quality, factual accuracy, and compliance.
• Identify, track, and report on any anomalies, significant trends, or potential legal risks that may emerge.
• Keep your knowledge current regarding all client-specific policies and guidelines.
• Collaborate with other teams to improve the efficiency of content review processes and offer suggestions for continuous enhancement.
• Manage escalated or complex cases professionally and thoughtfully, ensuring all actions are properly documented and resolved.
• Contribute positively to maintaining an inclusive and collaborative workplace culture.

Essential Qualifications

• Language Proficiency: You must be proficient (minimum B2 level) in both German (written and spoken) and English.
• Possess a strong analytical skill set and a dedicated focus on detail.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and work efficiently in an environment that moves quickly.
• Excellent communication and effective problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity and comfort working with various digital tools, web systems, and content management interfaces.
• While previous professional experience in areas like online operations, content moderation, or legal review is beneficial, it is not compulsory-full, dedicated training will be provided.
• You must be legally authorized to work in Portugal or be willing to relocate to Lisbon (a relocation support package is available for candidates moving from outside the local area).
