Core Duties and Accountabilities

• Assess, examine, and manage online submissions in the German language, making sure they comply with established internal protocols and legal mandates.

• Pinpoint and report any discrepancies, emerging patterns, or potential risks related to legal liabilities.
• Stay completely updated on all client-specific rules and guidelines.
• Work jointly with internal teams to refine moderation workflows and contribute suggestions for ongoing process improvements.
• Handle sensitive or escalated cases with professionalism and careful judgment, ensuring thorough documentation and appropriate resolution.
• Contribute to maintaining a constructive, diverse, and cooperative team atmosphere.

Essential Requirements

• Language Proficiency: You must possess a minimum B2 level in spoken and written German and a B2 level in English.
• Strong focus and an analytical mind are essential.
• Demonstrated capacity for efficient work management and effective time usage in a dynamic work environment.
• Proven communication and problem-solving capabilities.
• Comfort with utilizing various digital tools, web-based applications, and content management systems.
• While previous experience in roles such as content moderation, legal review, or online operations is beneficial, it is not mandatory as full, comprehensive training will be provided.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Portugal or be prepared to relocate to Lisbon (a relocation support package is offered for candidates moving from outside the city).
