The Project: Safeguarding the Digital World

You will be working on a specialized project for one of the world's leading short-form video platforms. Your mission is to review, analyze, and moderate user-generated content (videos, comments, and images) to ensure it complies with community guidelines and safety standards. This is a vital role in protecting the online community from harmful or inappropriate content while supporting a creative and diverse digital ecosystem.

Your Responsibilities

• Content Review: Monitor and moderate German-language content (videos, text, and images) according to established policies and workflows.
• Objective Decision-Making: Apply critical thinking to identify and remove content that violates guidelines regarding safety, copyright, or misinformation.
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with German cultural nuances, slang, and emerging trends to ensure accurate moderation.
• Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed daily targets for accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative Safety: Work closely with your team and Quality Analysts to maintain a consistent and safe user experience.

Requirements

• Language: Native or C2-level fluency in German and a minimum of B2 English.
• Experience: Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or data entry is a plus, but not mandatory. We provide comprehensive, fully paid training.
• Resilience: Ability to handle sensitive or challenging content with a professional and objective mindset.
• Tech Literacy: Comfortable using various software tools and navigating social media platforms.
• Availability: Full-time (40 hours per week), with flexibility for rotating shifts (including weekends/nights if required).
• Location: Must be willing to work 100% on-site at our modern hub in Lisbon.
