Job DescriptionOur Partner is seeking a new German Speaking Demand Management Specialist team member, who will manage demand processes, ensuring high-quality execution and acting as the main point of contact throughout the entire demand lifecycle.
Your Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage incoming requests, processing them through the automated Demand Management System.
- Be the primary contact person between business units and the technical teams, acting as a Business Analyst.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of information submitted by business partners.
- Develop detailed, customer-focused functional concepts to enhance or introduce new features, products, and projects within the online lifecycle framework, aiming to boost online sales and service engagement, as well as support commercial objectives (e.g., contract renewals).
- Guarantee that all new requests have a well-defined scope and are ready for decision-making.
- Identify and assess potential risks, reporting them to the relevant supervisor.
- Prepare documentation for the Demand Board (including agendas and meeting minutes), present demand assessments to stakeholders, and secure necessary approvals.
- Provide regular updates to management and ensure all stakeholders are well-informed.
- Monitor the quality of deliverables and ongoing enhancements.
- Escalate issues that require higher-level intervention.
- Contribute to process optimization efforts to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Demand Management activities.
- Support the analysis and evaluation of customer journey KPIs and commercial performance reports.
Requirements- University degree, with 4-5 years of relevant (technical) project management experience, preferably in demand management, business analysis, process analysis.
- Fluent English knowledge, and basic German skills.
- Excellent conceptual abilities, analytical and strategic thinking, and strong communication skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
- A high level of initiative, dedication, and organizational skills.
- Solid understanding of the telecommunications industry is a plus.
