German Speaking Internal Sales Support Specialist 1 1

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive German Speaking Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day administrative processes, with a strong focus on personnel onboarding/offboarding, travel cost planning, and invoice handling. Proficiency in German is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• SCL Process Management (Starter-Changer-Leaver):
  Coordinate and administer the end-to-end onboarding, internal transfer, and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines.
• Travel Cost Planning:
  Assist with planning and budgeting for employee travel, ensuring compliance with corporate travel policies and accurate cost forecasting.
• Invoice Processing via SAP:
  Utilize standard SAP workflows to process low-cost invoices, ensure proper documentation, and support prompt payment to vendors.
• Authorization Requests:
  Manage system access and authorization requests, ensuring appropriate approvals are in place for various business needs.
• Administrative Coordination:
  Provide general administrative support, including document preparation, scheduling support, and internal communications as needed.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent spoken and written German and English language: Required for communication across our international locations.
• Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role, ideally within a corporate environment.
• Experience handling employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, transfers, offboarding).
• Familiarity with travel and expense systems is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
