Key Responsibilities - Provide high-quality logistical support and customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Manage the coordination of shipments and ensure the timely delivery of goods while keeping clients informed of their order status.
- Handle inquiries from customers regarding their orders, shipping options, and resolve delivery challenges.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records within our systems.
- Collaborate with logistics and operational teams to improve service processes and efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to provide clients with knowledgeable guidance.
Requirements - Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Previous experience in logistics, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
