German Speaking Multilingual Support Representative

Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce a vacancy for a German Speaking Multilingual Support Representative. This position is integral to our mission of delivering outstanding customer support and ensuring that our German-speaking clients receive the highest level of service.

As a German Speaking Multilingual Support Representative, you will engage with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues they may encounter. Your linguistic skills will allow you to foster strong relationships with customers and provide tailored support that enhances their experience with our brand.
Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch support to German-speaking clients across multiple communication platforms
• Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide effective solutions
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions within our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service and resolution of issues
• Educate customers about products, features, and best practices to maximize satisfaction
• Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve service offerings and processes
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with company services and support techniques

Requirements

• Fluency in German and at least one other language (preferably English) both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Previous experience in customer service or a relevant position is preferred
• Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented attitude with a passion for service excellence
• Experience with customer support software is a plus
