GERMAN SPEAKING PROJECT COORDINATOR (Unpaid Internship)

ABOUT THE TEAM

Reiz Tech is seeking a motivated, detailed-oriented and German speaking (B1-B2 level) talent to join us and work as an upaid intern for 3 months, with a possibility to extend the contract as a full-time employee. You will be responsible for supporting the Team, while demonstrating quick professional growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation (project plans, meeting notes, status reports, etc.).
• Update task lists, timelines, and project tracking tools (MS Project).
• Coordinate meetings, schedule calls, and organize project-related events.
• Act as a bridge between teams, ensure all team members have updated information and project resources.
• Assist in preparing reports and dashboards.
• Support procurement of tools, licenses, or resources needed for projects.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and client-facing materials.

REQUIREMENTS

• B1-B2 level of spoken and written German language.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Ability to multitask and work on several tasks at once.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of IT concepts (software development, systems, tools, etc.) is a plus.
