German-Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant - Sofia, Fully Paid Relocation

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented German-Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant to join our team in Sofia. As a Rent-a-Car Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for German-speaking clients, assisting them with their car rental needs and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Your role will involve handling inquiries, processing reservations, and providing excellent service throughout the rental process. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable rental options, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

• Assist German-speaking customers with rent-a-car reservations, modifications, and inquiries
• Provide detailed information about rental options, terms, and conditions
• Ensure smooth and efficient processing of rental agreements and documentation
• Handle customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly
• Collaborate with the fleet and operations teams to ensure vehicle availability and quality
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Support marketing initiatives and promotional activities targeting German-speaking clients

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Your native language and nationality must be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail
• Willingness to relocate to Sofia with full relocation support provided
