Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate journey - Ensure smooth communication and a positive experience for applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Coordinate interviews - Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring efficient process flow.
• Act as a key point of contact - Support candidates with updates, feedback, and guidance during the hiring process.
• Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Partner - Support recruitment strategies and assist in aligning hiring needs.
• Keep recruitment systems updated - Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Post job advertisements & source talent - Assist with job postings and proactively search for potential candidates.
• Support employer branding initiatives - Help enhance Epta's visibility as an employer through social media and recruitment campaigns.

Qualifications

• Confident fluency in German is a must (both verbal & written)
• Fluent English skills are also essential, as it is our corporate language
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in recruitment
• Passion for candidate experience and recruitment coordination
• Hands-on mentality and a proactive approach
• Good knowledge of MS Office and comfortable with digital tools, experience with Oracle HCM ATS is a plus
