Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (German-Speaking)Role Summary

The German-Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full, end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various roles, with a focus on sourcing and hiring top-tier, German-speaking talent. This role requires a strategic, proactive, and process-driven individual who can attract and engage highly specialized candidates while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and maintaining compliance with German market standards. Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment Strategy & Sourcing:
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand business needs and define job requirements for German-focused roles.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies tailored to the German market.
  • Proactively source and engage candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, German job boards, professional networks, and local recruitment events.
• Candidate Management & Assessment:
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), including screening, interviewing, assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, qualifications, cultural fit (German Market), and German Language Proficiency (targeting B2+, C1/C2 fluency).
  • Ensure all recruitment processes are efficient and meet internal service level agreements (SLAs).
• Compliance & Market Expertise:
  • Provide market insights on salary benchmarks, hiring trends, and talent availability within Germany.
• Employer Branding & Engagement:
  • Promote the company's employer brand within the German talent market to attract top-tier professionals.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, consistent, and engaging communication.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English (written and spoken), with professional-level German skills (native-level or C1/C2 preferred).
• Experience:
  • Proven professional experience in Talent Acquisition or Technical Recruitment, preferably within the IT/informatics or a related sector.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment cycle for specialized, hard-to-find skills.
  • Familiarity with local German recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Professional, reliable, and highly service-oriented demeanor.
  • A proactive, adaptable, and assertive personality, capable of influencing stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and hiring projects efficiently.
