Global Expert Learning and Development to lead our impactful L&D initiatives with a
focus on employee engagement, serving
27.000+ employees across
50+ countries worldwide. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Learning & Development and collaborates closely with the regional colleagues across the globe.

Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted L&D expert, driving global projects and processes in employee engagement, talent management, and leadership development,
- Lead the execution and analysis of the global Employee Engagement Survey across all regions and business units,
- Manage employee feedback processes and tools (e.g. pulse surveys, lifecycle surveys, focus groups),
- Collaborate with HR community and leadership teams to translate survey insights into actionable initiatives,
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track engagement trends and KPIs,
- Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure survey quality, data integrity, and timely delivery.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience as a Subject Matter Expert in L&D,
- Fluent in English and German,
- Proven expertise in project management, preferably in a leading position with global scope,
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data,
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, data analysis) and PowerPoint (visual storytelling),
- Comfortable working with HR data, metrics, and survey tools (e.g. Qualtrics, Glint, CultureAmp, etc.),
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (or similar systems like Workday),
- A positive, proactive and pragmatic mindset with strong intercultural awareness,
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills,
- Willingness to travel up to 30% (including to HQ in Cologne, Germany).
