Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Support projects and processes within the scope of Pre-hiring, Hiring, and Onboarding for the German market
• Process Maintenance: Contribute to the maintenance of process documentation
• Continuous Process Improvement: Participate in the continuous optimization of HR processes
• Harmonization and Automation: Take part in process harmonization activities
• Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with HR partners across Europe

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, International Relations, Languages, or a similar field
• Tools: Good command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Office)
• Working Style: Be a team player with strong critical thinking skills
• Language Skills: Fluency in English and basic command of German (mandatory)
