Your RoleKey responsibilities in your new role
- Recruitment and Onboarding Support: Support projects and processes within the scope of Pre-hiring, Hiring, and Onboarding for the German market
- Process Maintenance: Contribute to the maintenance of process documentation
- Continuous Process Improvement: Participate in the continuous optimization of HR processes
- Harmonization and Automation: Take part in process harmonization activities
- Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with HR partners across Europe
Your ProfileQualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education: Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, International Relations, Languages, or a similar field
- Tools: Good command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Office)
- Working Style: Be a team player with strong critical thinking skills
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and basic command of German (mandatory)
