Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• Talent Acquisition Operations: Perform end-to-end services related to Talent Acquisition services (e.g., interview coordination, contract creation, etc.)
• Customer Service: Provide support to our HR Business Partners, Recruiters, internal and external customers (such as hiring managers and candidates)
• Process Optimization: Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes
• Team Operations: Support organizational tasks within the team
• Collaboration: Be part of a cross-country team setup

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

• Education: Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a similar field
• Tools: Good command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Office)
• Working Style: Ability to structure your work and collaborate with your team, taking responsibility and providing a great customer experience
• Language Skills: Fluency in English. At least B1 level of German (mandatory)
