HR Administration & Employee Services Team Lead with German

Job Description

In this role you'll:

• Lead, coach, and develop the HR Administration & Employee Services team.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, contracts, changes, offboarding).
• Ensure PA/OM data accuracy within HR systems (SAP HCM, OneHRIS, MyHR).
• Deliver recurring and ad-hoc HR reports with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with labor law, internal policies, GDPR, and audit requirements.
• Drive process optimization, standardization, and digital improvements.

What's needed:

• 7+ years HR experience, incl. 3+ in a leadership or coordination role.
• Proven expertise in HR Administration and HR systems (SAP HR/HCM).
• Strong knowledge of PA/OM structures and data governance.
• Solid understanding of HR compliance and data protection (GDPR).
• Advanced Excel and Office 365 skills.
• Advanced English and German language proficiency.
