WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?- ■Maintaining a high level and professional approach to customers and clients, ensures high degree of client orientation and agreed communication standards, handles cases with the right priority as well as meets the agreed quality
- ■Performing day to day processing of HR requests/Prepare relevant HR documentation (e.g. contracts, statements, certificates, reference letters etc.)
- ■Communicate with internal and external SSC customers in an effective and efficient manner
- ■Participation in continuous improvement process/Proactively seeks for process improvements and development opportunities by raising topics to Team Leader
- ■Following all DTPs / policies or other procedures in place and update process documentation
- ■Supporting the onboarding of new joiners in the team (participation in internal trainings)
- ■Performing all other tasks assigned by Team Leader and/or Manager
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?- ■1-3 years in similar position, ideally in an international SSC or BPO environment
- ■Very good command of German (C1 level) - providing service to German speaking employees
- ■Good command of English (at least B1 level) - it's the common corporate language
- ■Proactivity and process improvement orientation
- ■Excellent organizational skills and attention to details
- ■Very good communication skills, ability to work in a team and customer focus
- ■MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point - intermediate knowledge)
