• Managing and structuring existing HR reports, ensuring that data is well-organized and accessible for decision-making.
• Developing HR dashboards and key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide valuable insights for HR and business leaders.
• Preparing regular and ad-hoc reports to support strategic HR initiatives.
• Supporting HR IT projects and systems, particularly SuccessFactors, and contributing to continuous improvements in reporting processes.
• Collaborating with various teams to ensure data quality and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Identifying opportunities to optimize reporting structures and processes, with the potential to create new reports and visualizations over time.

Qualifications Qualifications Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Business Informatics, or a related field, or a vocational qualification with a focus on HR, along with at least 4 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or controlling.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in working with HR data, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation; familiarity with Power BI, SAP HCM, or SuccessFactors is a plus.
• A structured, independent way of working with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and explore new reporting tools and analytics methods over time.

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
