Job DescriptionAs an
Assistant Time & Pay with German you will play a vital role in supporting the accurate and efficient management of employee time records, attendance data, and payroll inputs. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding timekeeping procedures, pay-related inquiries, and absence tracking. By maintaining precise data and ensuring timely processing, you will contribute to employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities - Enter and maintain time records in the SAP HCM payroll/timekeeping system
- Respond to employee inquiries related to time tracking, absences and pay
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of payroll and timekeeping records
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information
- Collaborate with HR colleagues and managers to ensure smooth payroll and timekeeping processes
Requirements: - Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields
- Experience in payroll, HR administration or time management is an advantage
- Familiarity with labor law regulations and payroll processes is desirable
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in German and English (at least B2)
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes and labor law
- Proficiency in SAP HCM and Microsoft Office
