HR Assistant Time and Pay with German

Job Description

As an Assistant Time & Pay with German you will play a vital role in supporting the accurate and efficient management of employee time records, attendance data, and payroll inputs. You will act as a key point of contact for employees and managers regarding timekeeping procedures, pay-related inquiries, and absence tracking. By maintaining precise data and ensuring timely processing, you will contribute to employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain time records in the SAP HCM payroll/timekeeping system
• Respond to employee inquiries related to time tracking, absences and pay
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of payroll and timekeeping records
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and managers to ensure smooth payroll and timekeeping processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related fields
• Experience in payroll, HR administration or time management is an advantage
• Familiarity with labor law regulations and payroll processes is desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proficiency in German and English (at least B2)
• Basic knowledge of payroll processes and labor law
• Proficiency in SAP HCM and Microsoft Office
