Responsibilities: - Independent implementation and organization of labor management tasks in personnel and job planning.
- Implementation of job planning in SAP HR (global and local) to ensure a generally understandable and complete representation.
- Implementation of legal regulations, collective bargaining agreements, and works agreements in SAP, including wage increases and vacation planning.
- Advice and support for employees, managers, ZDV, and employees of the P/S department.
- Active internal and external communication with HR managers within the AM Group.
- Development and maintenance of labor management key performance indicators, analyses, and statistics (routine and ad hoc).
- Data provision, result analysis, and methodological review, including risk assessment, within group reporting and benchmark frameworks.
- Preparation of KPI reporting, monthly and quarterly forecasts, and budget and multi-year planning for productivity, staffing (FTE/HC), personnel costs, and working hours.
- Participation in annual financial statements and preparation of data for provisions and accruals.
- Identification of optimization potential.
- Establishment and implementation of standards and HR strategies aimed at efficient HR work organization.
- Further development of HR work tools.
- Communication with the Management Board, senior management, and the Group.
- Preparation of decision recommendations, presentations, and variance analyses for the Management Board.
- Participation in management meetings and coordination of information management and processing.
- Carrying out study-related and project-related work.
- Ensuring consistency of monthly payroll results and HR data for internal and external reporting.
- Communication with associations, authorities, and offices.
- Increasing methodological competence and utilization of HR controlling functions and reporting instruments within the local and global network.
- Independent performance of tasks related to personnel planning and labor economics.
- Mapping and maintenance of organizational structures in SAP OM.
- Analysis of task distribution and application of quantitative methods for personnel planning.
- Development and maintenance of labor economics key figures and quantitative personnel development indicators.
- Determination of personnel requirements, establishment of new positions, and mapping of staffing plans.
- Maintenance of job descriptions and derivation of requirements for succession planning.
- Wage type definition, table maintenance, tariff billing, and SAP table maintenance for payroll conversion and billing.
- Determination of remuneration, time management tasks, working time balance analyses, and downtime analyses.
- Personnel cost planning, accounting, calculation, plan/actual comparisons, and mapping of planning data for cost planning.
- Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements and cooperation with professional associations.
Requirements: - University degree in a relevant field.
- Professional experience in labor economics, HR controlling, personnel planning, or a comparable area.
- Solid knowledge of controlling, technical statistics, business processes, and HR-related analyses.
- Practical experience with SAP and HR controlling tools.
- Proficient use of modern office communication technology and application software.
- Very good knowledge of:
- SAP and HR systems

- Legal basis and corporate strategies
- Analyses and reporting instruments
- Fluent in German and English (B2/C1 level)
