• You support in various human resources processes, this primarily includes the independent support and the administrative processing of our employees' business trips abroad
• You communicate proactively with our employees and advise them on all questions related to "global mobility"
• You reliably process travel documents (e.g. social security) and create reports
• You communicate with external providers & support our employees in the visa process
• You are in regular contact with our colleagues in Germany and get involved when it comes to optimizing processes

• You have successfully completed your studies in economics, social sciences or comparable professional training with a focus on human resources
• You have relevant professional experience in operational human resources, ideally
• You are a communicative, open-minded and flexible personality and appreciate working independently in a team.
• You work precisely and structured and keep track of things by independently prioritizing your tasks
• You are characterized by your reliable, independent and proactive way of working and hands-on mentality
• We would be pleased if you are confident with MS-Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: part-time (20h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited
• Line of work: Consulting
• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German and English (B2-C1)
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
