We are looking for an HR Intern with German language skills to support our HR team in the digitalization of employee records in Germany. This role will focus on organizing personnel documentation and transferring it into electronic systems in line with internal procedures and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities:- Digitalizing employee files (scanning, indexing, and archiving documents).
- Verifying the completeness and accuracy of personnel documentation.
- Uploading and maintaining employee data in HR systems while ensuring high data quality.
- Supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Handling confidential information with discretion and ensuring compliance with GDPR.
- Cooperating closely with the local HR team in Germany and the HR Services team.
Requirements:- Very good command of German (minimum B2/C1) - mandatory.
- Good command of English.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive data in a structured and confidential manner.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- Previous administrative or HR experience is a plus.
- Full time availability for 1 month period
- Availability to travel to our site in Germany
