The Impact You'll Make in this Role

As a HTR Advisor with German (m/f/x)*, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Providing answers and solutions to incoming queries from EMEA through phone, chat, and case management system (HR Hub) mostly for German speaking employees and managers
• Navigating supervisors and employees in HR System - Workday
• Performing administrative tasks such as approving of requisitions, preparing of generic documents, processing simple HR transactions, administration of e-learning courses
• Administrating of electronic personal files, including sorting, archiving, and scanning according to schedule agreed with the team

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Fluency in German (B2/C1 level is a must)
• English on B2 level
• Previous experience in HR nice to have

• Work Your Way - Hybrid (rotational work on site 1-2 a week pre-agreed with the team)
