We are seeking an Experienced IT Audit Associate fluent in German to join our Audit Delivery Academy within Advisory Risk & Technology team.

In this role, you will actively support IT audits, evaluate IT processes and controls, and collaborate with Technology Risk specialists to identify opportunities for optimization in financial reporting and IT risk management.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct IT audit engagements under the guidance of audit teams within the Audit Delivery Academy.
• Evaluate IT processes and controls, ensuring compliance and effectiveness.
• Performing controls within IT environment.
• Produce high-quality reports for senior staff and project managers.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support business development activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Report to the project coordinator (team leader) and department manager.
• Carry out additional tasks required by the role.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Business Administration with IT focus.
• Professional experience in IT audits.
• Ability to write and test IT controls.
• German and English language proficiency (minimum B2 level).
• Knowledge of SQL or Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical, questioning, and knowledge-sharing skills.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, eager to develop a professional career.
• Interest in obtaining CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification.
