Role Overview

We are looking for an Advisory & PMO Specialist (with German) to join our Audit Delivery Academy within the Advisory Risk & Technology team. The role will support project management and audit delivery activities in complex, international environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting project governance and standards
• Monitoring project progress and reporting
• Managing documentation, resources, and compliance
• Ensuring alignment with organizational project management methodologies
• Collaborating with German-speaking stakeholders and clients on a regular basis

The role may involve supporting the testing of internal controls within Audit and Advisory engagements.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (C1 level) and good command of English
• Previous experience in a PMO, Project Management, or Project Support role
• Understanding of project management methodologies

• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment
