International Growth Consultant, MMS, Central Europe (German, English)

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 3 years of experience working with digital advertising in a client-facing role (e.g., sales, advertising agencies, account management, etc.).
• Experience using the sales life-cycle to drive business growth.
• Ability to communicate in German and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to engage at multiple levels internally and externally, with an ability to influence executive stakeholders towards shared objectives.
• Ability to identify and solve problem through quantitative analysis with data driven business acumen.
• Excellent entrepreneurial mindset, with acting and advising in ambiguity by collaborating effectively with the colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Consult Google's largest customers on how to successfully grow their international business by understanding customer objectives, building data-driven business recommendations, and shaping their expansion strategy across market/verticals.
• Develop of ideas, approaches and solutions to identify growth opportunities for customers and scale them.
• Provide end-to-end support to clients along their export journey, from market identification to in-market experience including how to overcome key operational hurdles (e.g., payments, customer experience, logistics, localization).
• Act as a team player, contributing to the positive culture of the International Growth Team and positively influencing your own development, and the development of those around you.
