Internship - GBC Material Planning Officer (German Speaking)

Could you be the full-time Material Planner Intern in Bangkok we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your **supply chain and data analysis** expertise in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You'll work alongside **dedicated and forward-thinking** teammates.

You'll play a crucial role in ensuring that materials are available at the right time and place to meet Alstom's operational needs. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (**Global Business Centre Operations, Suppliers, and Project Teams**), **analyze supplier performance**, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

You'll specifically take care of **managing material planning documents and delivery processes**, but also **propose and execute process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency**.

We'll look to you for:

• Creating and maintaining material planning documents and updating delivery dates in the ERP system
• Communicating material planning documents to suppliers and following up on supplier confirmations
• Analyzing supplier confirmations versus Alstom needs and evaluating risks or impacts on production and projects
• Following up on deliveries to ensure material availability for Alstom projects
• Producing reports and performing data analysis to support decision-making
• Supporting team initiatives or leading a continuous improvement assignment

• Knowledge of additional languages such as German, Italian, or French is an advantage
