QVC Group Global Business Services center in Cracow is a member of the QVC Group family that offers world-class Customer Finance, Accounts Payable, HR Services, Talent Acquisition and Software Engineering to QVC Group team members in Germany, Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom and the United States. Our GBS center is a facility with a thoughtful and remarkable design and culture.

Currently, we are looking for:

Junior Accountant with German

Your Impact

• Validate and process different types of incoming documents (PO and non-PO invoices, T&E reports, bank statements)
• Research less complex invoice discrepancies, performing necessary corrections to ensure and accurate payments to vendors
• Support payment process by reviewing payment list
• Perform activities related to the month-end closing
• Be a contact for inquiries from vendors and other QVC Teams
• Partner with other departments: Treasury, Procurement, Vendor Master Data
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned by GBS Management Team

What You Bring

• Present good command of English (at least B2 level)
• Speak German fluently (at least B2 level)
• Numeric skills
• Adapt when, due to business demands, deadlines and priorities change
• Handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Educational background and previous experience in finance/accounting will be a asset
