Location: Katowice / Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Using two foreign languages (German & English) in your daily work will enable you to excel your language skills to a fluent business level and to develop in a field of expertise.

The opportunity

In order to make business development processes in EY Germany more successful, we support our colleagues from Assurance service line with our Business Development Pursuits team. As a team member, you will contribute to the development of our company and increase the chance of winning on the market by advising our partners and managers on the proposals and providing them with the materials and know-how they need for a successful tender process.

Your key responsibilities

• Hosting and moderating online meetings with our tender teams
• Processing of ad-hoc requests from pursuit teams concerning the proposal creation process
• Offering competent advice and assistance to our colleagues by telephone and email
• Independently process individual workstreams
• Research activity and analyses
• Update of our internal reporting for process optimization

Skills and attributes for success

• You should be fluent in English (B1+) and German (C1+).
• Be comfortable working closely with global teams
• You should enjoy making phone and video calls and dealing with senior people
• Take over the ownership for assigned tasks and be responsible for a smooth proposal process
• After detailed onboarding ability to work independently, with attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Affinity in working with power point, based on templates and willingness to develop in that field
• Exceptional work ethics and customer focus - be ready to provide support

To qualify for the role, you must have

• You should be fluent in English (B1+) and German (C1+) spoken and written
• Experience with international client/customer

• Project organization skills
• Communication skills
• Customer support experience
• Proactive mindset and initiative

Technologies and Tools

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Affinity in working with power point, based on templates and willingness to develop in that field
