About the Role  

As a Junior International Recruiter on our Volume Team, you'll manage a steady flow of inbound candidates and keep your pipeline active by working our existing database. You'll be filling entry- to mid-level roles in customer service, tech support, sales, and content moderation — across multiple European markets simultaneously. 

This is a people-first, process-driven role. You'll get structured onboarding, clear targets, and a team around you from day one. No prior recruitment experience needed — just the right attitude. 

What You'll Be Doing 

• Handle and qualify inbound applications efficiently and professionally 

• Proactively work leads from our candidate database to keep roles filled 

• Conduct structured screening interviews across multiple markets and client accounts 

• Keep every candidate informed, engaged, and treated with care - even at volume 

• Maintain clean ATS records and follow recruitment processes rigorously 

• Work toward clear monthly targets: interviews, offers, and placements 

• Collaborate with BPO and contact centre clients to ensure fast, accurate delivery 

What We're Looking For 

• A strong motivation to work with people, recruitment, and international markets. 

• Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working toward KPIs. 

• Confident in interviews and professional communication with candidates and clients. 

• Enjoys collaboration and contributing to a shared team success. 

• Native German or Dutch speaker with business-level English (essential). 

• Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, HR, or sales is helpful but not required.
