As a Technical Engineer with German, you will provide comprehensive application management services within the automotive sector, ensuring stable operations, high performance, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications. You will support business users, resolve incidents and problems, fulfill service requests, and collaborate closely with development teams and business stakeholders in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve incidents, service requests, change requests, and problem tickets reported by end users
• Provide end-to-end application management services, including operational support and continuous improvement of applications
• Monitor application performance and availability, proactively identifying potential issues and risks to business continuity
• Perform log analysis and technical troubleshooting to support root-cause analysis
• Maintain and regularly update functional and system documentation
• Collaborate closely with development teams and business stakeholders to support application improvements and ensure alignment with business needs
• Work with multiple departments to ensure efficient problem resolution and seamless communication
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines, and external regulatory requirements
• Support business teams during unit testing and quality assurance activities
• Actively participate in release events, team meetings, and stakeholder calls
• Fulfill all required reporting and documentation obligations

Must have

• Experience in application support or application management services
• SQL - ability to analyze data and support troubleshooting activities
• ITIL knowledge and practical understanding of incident, problem, and change management
• Log analysis skills
• German - C1 minimum (daily cooperation with business users and stakeholders)
• English - B2 minimum (international communication and documentation)
• Strong analytical skills and customer-oriented mindset

• C# knowledge
• General programming skills
• DevOps skills or experience working with CI/CD pipelines and close cooperation with development teams
