About the Role The Learning & HR Operations Coordinator supports Human Resources and Learning & Development across Packsize's European business. You'll manage onboarding, compliance, employee records, and learning programs while helping improve processes and the overall employee experience. The role starts with a focus on HR Operations and progressively grows into Learning & Development, offering exposure to the full employee lifecycle and collaboration across functions and regions.
What You'll Do - Serve as the primary contact for European employees on HR policies, benefits, and learning programs
- Manage onboarding for new hires, including pre-employment paperwork, system setup, orientation, and role-specific learning programs
- Coordinate offboarding, exit documentation, and probation/performance tracking
- Maintain accurate HR and training records in Workday HRIS and Seismic LMS
- Enter data, generate reports, and support dashboards on turnover, learning progress, and compliance metrics
- Schedule, assign, and track virtual and in-person training sessions and HR events
- Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and culture programs
- Assist in process improvements, SOP creation, and implementation of HR and learning tools
- Participate in cross-functional projects during key cycles (recruiting, performance management, payroll, recognition, benefits)
What You'll Need - 1-3+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, Learning Coordination, or related fields
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English & German (Written & Spoken)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort with HRIS systems, LMS platforms, and Excel/spreadsheets
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Nice to Have - Experience with Workday HRIS, Seismic LMS, or sales enablement/knowledge management tools
- Interest or experience in Learning & Development programs
- Exposure to cross-functional HR or global projects
- Data analysis or dashboard creation experience
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, growing business environment
