About this role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong German language proficiency to manage business-as-usual (BAU) activities within our Real Estate FinOps team. This role involves contract management in REFX, ensuring compliance with lease accounting principles, and maintaining process controls. The position is based in Pune and requires excellent analytical skills and stakeholder management capabilities.

What you'll do

Create, modify, and approve contracts in REFX.Communicate effectively with stakeholders and vendors using advanced German language skills.Ensure process controls are maintained and monitored for accuracy and compliance.Apply sound knowledge of lease accounting principles and procedures.Deliver BAU activities with precision and meet KPI/SLA targets

Who you are

Proficient in German language (C1/C2 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills in German and English.Skilled in Microsoft Office applications.Possess basic accounting knowledge and an analytical mindset with attention to detail.Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and problem-solving.
