Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience in advertising, sales, marketing, consulting, or media.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications: - Understanding of the media agency landscape within the digital and traditional, or offline environment.
- Knowledge of the DV360 platform from a media and technology angle.
- Ability to oversee multiple, simultaneous solutions executed by support teams.
- Excellent relationship management and project management skills.

In this role, you will be working with customers, agencies, Industry Managers and Account Managers, to design solutions to capture the full value of Google's unique Media inventory, customer insight, and market-leading ad technology. As a Display and Video 360 (DV360) Media Solution Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping customers and agencies maximize the full value of the Display and Video 360 platform in the pursuit of their marketing purposes.

Responsibilities - Maintain close collaboration with Account Manager, Industry Manager and in-country Display and Video team to ensure alignment with customer objectives and plan.
- Develop Google marketing platform/Google Ads hybrid customers together with Google Ads display and video solutions specialists to address the large number of hybrid customers.
- Ensure high quality campaign performance, leverage ad-serving reporting and insights to enable future business and in the moment inventory business.
- Provide the Customer or Agency with DV360 media campaign solutions and proposals focused on maximizing access to relevant inventory and agreement types.
- Maximize customer value by overseeing top campaigns and guide customers to fully utilize the platform, increasing product adoption in partnership with gTech customer experience.
