💼 About the Role
As an O2C Order & Commercial Conditions Senior Analyst German Speaking you'll play a key role in ensuring seamless order processing and commercial condition management across Europe & MEA. You'll be part of a team that drives operational efficiency, supports product fulfilment, and contributes to a positive customer experience.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Order Management Excellence - Capture, validate, and process customer orders in SAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance with business rules.
Issue Resolution - Troubleshoot technical issues across order entry and invoicing channels, resolving IDOC failures and coordinating with IT and other teams. Commercial Conditions Maintenance - Upload and manage commercial agreements and pricing conditions, ensuring alignment with policy and compliance standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Sales, Trade, IT, and Finance to ensure timely updates and resolution of commercial and order-related issues. Continuous Improvement - Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce exceptions.
Compliance & Controls - Ensure adherence to preventive controls and regulatory compliance in all commercial condition activities.
Customer-Centric Mindset - Deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational precision.
🎯 Key Requirements
Languages - Fluent in English and German (written and verbal).
Experience - 2-4 years in order processing, customer service, or contract management, ideally in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
Technical Skills - Proficient in SAP (S4 Hana preferred), Microsoft Excel, and OCR tools (advantageous).
Analytical Thinking - Strong problem-solving and financial acumen with attention to detail.
Collaboration - Proven ability to work cross-functionally and resolve issues with internal stakeholders.
Adaptability - Comfortable with change, able to work under pressure, and committed to continuous learning.
Ownership & Leadership - Self-motivated, organized, and capable of leading by example to deliver results.
