Job role

The Procurement Specialist will offer support on contract workspace in SAP Ariba. Employee reports directly to the Operational Procurement TL

What you will do

• Request information needed to create contract workspace to the initiative owne
• Act as first level support for the supplier during the Ariba registration process
• Align with S2C team and initiative owner to complete the qualification process
• Continuously monitor and ensure that re-screening of suppliers is actioned by S2C accordingly
• Identify and drive process optimization
• Work in SAP ARIBA
• Control the relevant Desktop procedures for all services to be up to date
• Liaise with other Operational Entities, units, departments as well as with externals (clients, providers) and fosters good relationships
• Enrollment of new suppliers to the ARIBA too

What you bring

• University Degree
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience within procurement
• Accurate and reliable way of working
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer and service oriented
• ARIBA System knowledge
• International cross functional work experience
• Solution orientated, decision maker, self-driven working

You have

• Self-starter: solution orientated with a high level of autonomy and proactivity
• Good analytical skills and affinity to data and technology
• Experience with SAP ARIBA, or other Procurement tools would be an advantage
• Proficient in the common MS-Office programs
• Fluent English and German for customer and internal communication
