We are now looking for an Order Management Intern, German Speaker to join our team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do

• Provide supply chain support in Order Management role
• Take care of order's correctness based on new and archived data
• Alerts monitoring
• Make simple system movements
• Ensure timely replies to e-mails
• Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders
• Support Order Management Team in ad-hoc cases

Who you are

• You are a student / You have a relevant university degree or basic experience in customer service or order processing
• You are eager to learn our ways of working, processes and organization
• You are open to working with Salesforce and developing SAP skills
• You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
• You are a team-oriented person and good networker
• You bring a solution-oriented and customer-focused mindset
• You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams
• You have a good command of English and German

The position is located in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

The position holder will report to Team Leader, Order Management.

We are offering a contract of mandate.
