We are now looking for an Order Management Specialist, German Speaker to join our Order Management Merchants team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

In the role of OM specialist you will be responsible for handling order management tasks starting from order entry to the successful delivery to customer. You will be moreover coordinating internal as well as external communication related to order fulfillment. If you are enthusiastic and openminded team-player, who likes to work with people and who would like to communicate at work in German and in English on daily basis - we are waiting for you in our UPM family!" - Karol Kotlarski, Manager.

What you will do

• Provide high-quality and efficient quotes and order management to ensure smooth production, delivery & billing processes
• Enable accurate and timely recording, processing and confirmation of orders
• Supporting implementation of effective and efficient order management ways of working
• Check orders for plausibility and completeness and assuring appropriate order flow with the compliance to organizational policies and service offering
• Carry out related processes such as Materials & Package Material master data
• Ensure troubleshooting in order processes
• Support internal projects and actively participate in the implementation of future ways of working
• Support continuous improvement of work processes
• Guarantee smooth and timely communication with various internal stakeholders and customers to achieve efficient order management processes

Who you are

• You have a relevant university degree or at least 2 years business experience in customer service or order processing
• You have a good knowledge of Order Management tools (e.g. SAP)
• You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German. Other European languages will also be considered an asset
• You coordinate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
• You are a team-oriented person and good networker
• You provide a solution oriented and customer focused mindset
• You have an interest to work in international teams and to cooperate with multiple teams

The position is hybrid, located in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

The position holder will report to Karol Kotlarski, Team Leader, Order Management.
