Overview:

Service Business Analyst is responsible for processing orders and contracts in SAP and other systems. This role oversees contract administration, billing processes, operational support, revenue and cost recognition, forecasting and ongoing project tracking. Additionally, this position supports invoice clarification and resolution in collaboration with our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Process standard transactions in SAP and other systems, including Order Entry, Change, Forecast, Closure, Billing and proper cost allocation;
• Review and validate order documentation and confirmations for completeness and accuracy
• Execute Month-end, Quarter-end and Annual Closing activities within the assigned scope of responsibility
• Identify and resolve operational and financial issues in a timely manner
• Support the commercial verification of financial impacts, such as revenues, costs, backlog, forecasts, margin
• Communicate primarily with internal stakeholders and, when required, with external customers regarding invoice clarification and related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 1-3 of relevant professional experience
• SAP and MS Office, including good Excel skills
• ERP systems and Enterprise Data Flows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Very Good Networking and Communication Skills
• Advanced German Language Skills (B2-C1)
• Good command of English
