Are you a motivated, communicative professional with a passion for international business and relationship-building? As a Partnership Manager at Workwide, you’ll manage the full sales cycle: identifying new business opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, leading meetings, and building long-term client relationships that expand out network and drive Workwide's growth.
You’ll work closely with our CEO and play an active role in both outbound sales efforts and ongoing partner management. This role offers substantial hands-on B2B experience - perfect for someone with some commercial background who is ready to take ownership of their own market and client portfolio.
End-to-End Sales Cycle: Prospect, (cold) outreach, book discovery meetings, conduct discovery meetings, negotiate, offer and close new partnerships.
-Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and key stakeholders across Europe.
-Outreach & Social Selling: Use phone (We have a "call first approach"), email, and LinkedIn to initiate conversations and book introductory meetings.
-End-to-End Sales Cycle: Prospect, (cold) outreach, book discovery meetings, conduct discovery meetings, negotiate, offer and close new partnerships.
-Stakeholder & Account Management: Manage ongoing relationships with partners, understand their needs, and ensure long-term success.
-Sales Meetings: Lead or participate in online meetings with potential and existing clients.
-Sales Strategy Support: Collaborate on sales strategies, pitches, proposals, and process improvements.
-Sales Admin: Maintain high CRM hygiene in Hubspot. Create offers, presentations, agreements, and order confirmations.
