The Opportunity:As a
German speaking People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner (Advisory)you partner flexibly and mostly virtually with leaders across the globe, offering on-demand, ad-hoc support on Business Partnering topics that need more immediate or short-term guidance and value creation. With a good understanding of the business needs and the business context and an excellent ability to apply key P&C concepts, policies and processes, you provide coaching, guidance and support to leaders to help them diagnose and translate their business needs into immediate P&C approaches and ensure effective implementation of solutions in partnership with other chapters. You are a trusted member of the Business Partner Chapter and closely integrated into the PSS organization.
- Strategic Guidance: Provide on-demand coaching and advisory to global leaders on critical P&C topics, including talent management, succession planning, performance management, and organizational design.
- Transformation Support: Lead and advise on complex organizational changes, transformations, and employee representation topics, ensuring risk-based decision-making and compliance with established policies.
- Global Rollouts: Deliver first-class support and coaching during the implementation of new global processes and projects, such as global grading systems or new system launches.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze P&C metrics and business data to recommend innovative solutions and provide insights that support our culture and strategic direction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global/regional squads and PSS chapters to ensure the seamless execution of P&C initiatives and consistent policy application.
Who You Are:- Experienced HR Professional: You bring 3-7 years of experience in similar roles such as HR Business Partnering, People Relations, or Labor Law.
- Bilingual Expert: You possess an excellent written and spoken command of both English and German, enabling you to support the DACH region and global stakeholders effectively.
- Skilled Coach & Communicator: You have a proven ability to provide difficult feedback, resolve conflicts, and influence leaders at all levels of management.
- Strategic Thinker: You can thoughtfully diagnose business needs, weigh the risks and benefits of various options, and propose fit-for-purpose HR approaches.
- You demonstrate strong knowledge in interpreting employment laws and policies, ensuring all solutions are legally sound and culturally sensitive.
- Agile Mindset: You thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, demonstrating high customer centricity, end-to-end accountability, and a passion for continuous learning.
- Relationship Builder: You are a natural networker who excels at navigating complex, matrixed reporting relationships across multiple cultures.
