We offer people-focused solutions in areas such as Global Mobility and Rewards, HR Administration, Payroll and Digital People Solutions.
Are you ready to be part of the change? Come join us! Your mission will be... - Managing employee onboarding processes for new hires;
- Maintaining and updating employee and organizational data in HR systems;
- Recording and managing absences, overtime, deductions, and special payments;
- Supporting and validating payroll-related processes, including wage calculations, tax withholdings, and bonus payments;
- Administering fixed-term contracts and contractual amendments;
- Providing first-line HR support to employees by responding to inquiries via email and phone;
- Preparing HR reports and documentation as required.
We are looking for someone with...- High school diploma or university degree;
- Fluent German (written and spoken) - mandatory;
- Previous professional experience in a similar role is preferred; references will be considered an advantage;
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook;
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong customer service focus and commitment to quality and results;
- Reliable, proactive, and well-organized, with the ability to work independently;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic and evolving environment.
