Job Description

Job Summary: -
We are seeking a PMO Consultant with fluent German language skills to join our team. As a PMO Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting project managers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with project management standards. Your German language proficiency will enable you to effectively communicate with our German-speaking stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project managers in project planning, execution, and monitoring
• Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards
• Report progress to stakeholders
• Project cost controlling
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Communicate project updates to German-speaking stakeholders

Requirements:
• 0-7 years of experience in project management or PMO
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• German Language certification minimum B2.2 (Zertfikat Deutsch or equivalent) (MA- German, Advance Diploma from Pune or any government recognized University)
• MS Office - know how
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have:
• ITIL Certification
• Experience working on tools like Confluence, ServiceNow, SVN
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
