About Your WorkplaceMiele Global Services was established in 2019 to support Miele Group by centralization and standardization of the process. On a daily basis we are handling many processes from more than 20 entities, including accounting, controlling, sales back office, procurement and reporting.
Your responsibilities:
- conduct "as is"-analysis on already existing process documentation with Business Domains;
- create process landscape (Level 2-4) with Process (Group) Owners in Business Domains by documentation and mapping of all relevant processes in accordance with centrally defined process hierarchy model to ensure organisational-wide clarity and consistency;
- create Value Chain documentation with Value Chain Owner by documentation and mapping of all relevant processes (support creation of Miele Process house);
- support corresponding roles with the implementation and change management;
- support monitoring and refinement of implemented processes based on performance feedback;
- accompany continuous improvement processes on methodology and tools;
- actively participate in peer group / community to push and continuously develop process management methodology and tools.
Our requirements:
- B2 level of German language and communicative level of English language;
- experience in creating process maps (preferably in Visio) and instructions;
- experience in project management, process management or migration of processes;
- good Team-player able to work in cross cultural team;
- attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results.
