Job Description

Are you fluent in German and passionate about building products that make a real impact? Join our dynamic team as a Product Manager and help shape the future! As the voice of the customer, you'll drive vision, set priorities, and lead innovation - all while navigating the program Kanban and managing the program backlog with confidence.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Engage in constant interaction with customers through product reviews, Gemba walks, end-user interviews, surveys, brainstorming sessions, trade studies, and market research
• Maintain and communicate a high-level product vision while managing and refining the product backlog in close collaboration with development teams
• Drive continuous short-term roadmapping of product development, aligning priorities with evolving customer and market needs
• Present the product vision and key upcoming milestones during each Program Increment (PI) planning session
• Set up and steer the overall delivery strategy, ensuring alignment across teams
• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for escalations related to delivery topics
• Support pre-sales activities, contract negotiations, and the onboarding of new customers
• Take ownership of management responsibilities, including:
  
  • People management: mentoring, coaching, and growing your team
  • Budget management: overseeing financial planning and execution

Qualifications

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:

Education

• Hold a Master's degree in Information Technologies

Experience

• Bring at least 3 years of experience in Project Management

IT Technical Skills

• Have an advanced general IT overview
• Understand basic software development principles
• Possess intermediate technical knowledge relevant to the product

Soft Skills

• Excel in presentation, negotiation, and persuasion
• Are strongly results-oriented
• Manage your time and tasks with precision
• Handle stakeholders with confidence and clarity
• Plan effectively and proactively manage risk
• Apply critical thinking to solve problems
• Demonstrate solid financial skills in accounting and analysis

Other Key Abilities

• Give clear and constructive feedback
• Identify and maximize customer value
• Stay focused on targets and customer needs

Languages

• Communicate fluently in English (B2)
• Speak German (B2) - this is a must

Methodologies & Business Acumen

• Have an intermediate understanding of SAFe methodology
• Possess a deep understanding of Agile and Scrum principles
• Know your way around the relevant business domain
• Keep up with current industry trends
• Have a financial background and/or strong financial acumen
• Bring leadership experience to the table

Salary

Final salary is negotiable.

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 1820 € /brutto.
