Your day to day:
• Independent and responsible project management for the integration of new network elements, platforms/systems and software
• Independent definition of operating concepts, processes, service concepts and SLAs and other performance commitments
• Independent and responsible coordination and quality assurance of service optimization and optimization of alarm functions
• On-site visits for quality assurance (visual inspection), FSA implementation and document reconciliation
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
• Responsible participation in T wide projects (Tech2025).
• Independent and accountable execution of the sub-project management within the main department FMAO and VNO.
• Project planning and organization (e.g. milestones, budget, cost estimate) including project budget and quality control (Operational Readiness)
• Independent control of a team of experts from all operational departments
• Provide operational inputs for design and engineering
• Provide operational RFF (Request Fulfillment) use cases, valid for DNOC, Planning, Deployment and external partners.
• Creation of training requirements for the operating areas FMAO/VNO.
• Independent creation of operating concepts and service concepts
• Coordination of the operating processes across main departments according to ITIL and to secure operational readiness.
• Support for type approval in the test labs (TAcc, Type Acceptance, Lab Testing)
• Independent preparation and implementation of the initial start-up in the live network (First Site Application FSA/FOA)
• Service Management: Control and coordination of activities for end-to-end service responsibility across all operational areas of the department responsible for the services
• All FMAO/VNO sub-project managers and project employees from the engineering and solution design departments in VF DE and VF Group (NSE)
• Vodafone purchasing (Germany, VPC Luxembourg)
• FMAO/VNO group leaders and department heads
• Active communication with internal interfaces in the areas of engineering, 1st level incident management, 2nd level problem management and service/info management and local retained organisation (for e.g. Field Service)
• Active cooperation and communication with supplier, installation teams and other external partners (international and local base DE)

• Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style.
• Ability to work in a team, assertiveness and confident demeanor.
• Experience in negotiation
• Good office IT skills (MS Office, EVO SAP, PPM, EPMS)
• Mastery of project management methods.
• Good analytical, conceptual and very good organizational skills
• Very good communication skills, convincing arguments, professional presentation skills
• Technical training with 5 years of professional experience
• or completed university / college degree in electrical engineering / computer science with 1-3 years of professional experience in IT or network project management
• Confident spoken and written German (advanced)
• Advanced English
Ideally:
• PMP certification
• ITIL V3 Foundation
• Prince certification
