Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your organizational and communication expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dynamic, adaptable, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination and management of official correspondence in Bulgarian and English, maintaining a consistent and thorough register. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., Project Managers, Engineering Teams, and Contract Managers), support drafting and creating official letters, and much more.
You'll specifically take care of defining, monitoring, and updating the Document Master List, but also managing the project's electronic database and other required records.
We'll look to you for: - Defining, monitoring, and updating the Document Master List;
- Maintaining updated records of all approved documents and drawings;
- Inputting data into standard follow-up files, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information
- Managing documentation control actions, including incoming/outgoing transmissions with stakeholders
- Coordinating internal/external transmissions and submissions for the project team
- Providing KPIs and reports related to documentation control
- Ensuring compliance with Alstom standard templates for all project documents
- Validating transmitted documents against contractual requirements
- Establishing and maintaining the project Documentation Management Plan (DMP)
- Supporting the Project Manager in preparing and coordinating project reporting
- Acting as a deputy for the Project Manager when requested
