Our Engineering, AI & Data Team focuses on the delivery of client engagements by understanding expectations and demonstrating personal accountability for keeping performance on track, exercising effective communication and relationship-building skills, and contributing to the priorities of the team and the business. In this role, you will commit to personal learning and development and explore opportunities to make an impact by delivering exceptional client services.

Your role as a PMOwill focus on the accountable and proactive execution of assigned projects, aligning priorities and objectives to firm's needs, exhibiting full ownership regarding quality of own work and showing your personal commitment to our purpose "make an impact that matters".

#AboutYouRole

• Support the PMO in coordinating digital transformation initiatives
• Support the project team in drafting presentations (MS Power Point), deliverables (MS Word) and related analysis of the activities (MS Excel)
• Work and coordinate a distributed team

• Leverage on strong analytical skills needed to compare processes with the capabilities of emerging technologies
• Support the distributed team interpreting client's needs and defining solutions that best suit them
• Autonomously produce solid and structured analysis, employing available tools and resources and possibly coordinating Junior employees if needed
• Communicate your ideas and proposals in a clear, structured and concise fashion
• Indicate possible issues related to the project and swiftly share them with the rest of the team
• Fruitfully cooperate with inter-functional and international teams

Key Qualifications

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor/Master's degree in any domain
• Fluent German and English (mandatory) - both written and spoken
• Experience in hospitality, service-oriented industries, or high-interaction roles is strongly preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Ability to work in structured environments with multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Bonus Qualifications

• Previous client-facing experience in a professional services or consulting environment
• Experience working in PMO or project coordination roles
• Familiarity with technology or engineering-driven projects
