OverviewJoin Expleo as a Quality Lead within our global Center of Excellence, and play a key role in shaping the Group's quality transformation journey. In this strategic and operational role, you will help drive harmonized, scalable, and efficient quality services across the organization, working closely with international teams.
Responsibilities- Lead and continuously improve Group-level Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including audits, documentation, KPIs, and compliance monitoring.
- Support local quality teams in audits, certifications, and transformation initiatives.
- Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of quality processes across countries.
- Contribute to global quality strategy, tools, templates, and training materials.
- Ensure readiness for certifications and compliance with key standards (ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
- Promote collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and expertise within the Quality network.
- Push continuous improvement, innovation, process optimization, and data-driven decision making.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience in Quality Management within an international environment.
- Strong expertise in ISO 9001 and AS/EN 9100 (additional standards are a plus).
- Solid experience with continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, RCA, CAPA, etc.).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix, fast-paced, and global environment.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Excellent command of MS Office and digital tools.
