Recruiting Specialist with German

Your role

Are you passionate about discovering untapped talent, driving our bank's growth and helping people develop successful careers? Are you ready to source, screen and hire the best talent for our bank?

We are looking for someone like you to :
• manage the end-to-end recruitment process for diverse profiles internationally
• rapidly grasp the needs of hiring managers whilst building trust with them and their HR business partners
• ensure a speedy, seamless experience for both the candidates and hiring managers
• collaborate closely with colleagues across the HR organization

As a recruiter, you'll play a vital role in protecting our competitive edge through the acquisition of our greatest asset - our people.

Your expertise

• proven recruiting experience - in-house, RPO and/or agency experience as an end to end recruiter including sourcing and identification of talent via various channels
• ability to build relationships with a variety of stakeholders throughout the firm
• an excellent negotiation and communication skills
• client focused and solution orientated
• fluent English and German
