Your tasks- Supporting cluster-wide budgeting, cost tracking, and financial processes;
- Preparing and monitoring purchase orders for cross locational teams;
- Checking purchase orders for accuracy (vendor rates, cost centers, approvers);
- Coordinating with Product Owners, Procurement, and Finance on approvals and cost questions;
- Working with vendors to resolve issues such as incorrect invoices;
- Supporting Procurement during contract discussions when needed;
- Reviewing and validate invoices for external contractors and service providers;
- Reconciling actual costs with Finance and flag unexpected deviations;
- Coordinating onboarding, contract renewals, and offboarding of external contractors;
- Preparing required documentation and run reliability checks;
- Providing HR with accurate staffing information;
- Ensuring compliance with relevant German employment rules;
- Making sure working hours are correctly booked across projects;
- Approving time records in the system;
- Creating monthly reporting based on time approvals from Line Managers.
Your profile- Proven stakeholder management - communicating with stakeholders to understand requirements and resolve issues;
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint);
- Experience with Applying procurement best practices;
- Experience with Confluence/Jira for documenting and sharing processes/information internally -Jira as primary agile tool;
- Fluent in German and English- both written and spoken;
- Good organizational & time-management skills with ability to effectively prioritize tasks;
- Enjoy working on complex issues and breaking down problems to find a solution;
- Driven by a strong willingness to learn using creative thinking and proactivity;
- Good team player with high ability to work in international teams.
- High flexibility and adaptability to a fast-changing environment;
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar (preferred);
- Experience in banking or corporate environments is an advantage.

Good communication and an organized working style are important, as you will coordinate many topics across different teams.
